Welcome to the Allen County Prosecutor's Office
It is an honor for me to serve the people of Allen County as Prosecuting Attorney. In carrying out my duties as prosecutor, my staff and I handle a wide variety of responsibilities in our efforts to uphold the law and to help protect the citizens of Allen County.
The most well known aspect of the prosecutor’s office is our Criminal Division, which aggressively prosecutes hundreds of felony cases each year. The prosecutors in the Juvenile Division handle all juvenile offenders in Allen County, prosecuting both felony and misdemeanor offenses. The Civil Division of the prosecutor’s office provides legal representation to all county officials, townships and agencies.
The Allen County Prosecutor’s Office also works closely with our local Crime Victim Services organization and with the Allen County Children Services Board, in an effort to assist those agencies with the services they provide. Our Internet Safety Program (I.S.P.) is a series of educational presentations I have designed and implemented that provides Internet safety information to children and adults.
My staff and I strive for excellence in all that we do. It is my hope that this website will assist the public by providing greater access and information about the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office to those we serve.
